The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent, and the stay had a warmth and character that made it feel memorable. Sebastian and Penelope’s place has a real sense of history and personality, with charm and comfort instead of flashy luxury or that polished, generic feel. A wonderful experience, especially for anyone who values authenticity.

Breakfast tasted good, though I would have liked more choice. The hotel is charming and fine for a short visit, but its remote location might feel limiting on a longer holiday. Cleanliness needs work: the stained blanket was put back on the bed repeatedly instead of being changed. We also found ants in the room, and there was no freezer. Fine for a few nights, though I wouldn’t choose it for an extended stay.

The village is small, pretty and peaceful, with several good restaurants, and the bus service is excellent. It’s a good base for exploring the rest of the island. The family-run hotel has a good restaurant on site, decent-sized rooms, and kind, helpful staff.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, and the terrace looks out over the sea. Our spacious, lovely room was a pleasure to stay in. The hosts gave us a warm, attentive welcome and stayed available throughout our visit. Breakfast was delicious and good quality.

The town was quiet, which made a nice change from Sóller, Alcúdia, and Palma. We had a great stay at Son Borguny. Penny welcomed us warmly and was always available, and our clean, comfortable room, number 10, had a wonderful coastal view. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs. Highly recommended, and I’d love to stay again.
