The location was great, just a 7-minute walk to the main square, with easy access to everything. The area felt safe and quiet at night. I stayed in an apartment in Banyoles for four days and really enjoyed it. It was spacious, very comfortable, and incredibly clean, with tasteful decor, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large, comfortable bed. Elisabeth was lovely and accommodating. I was arriving very late and needed help with late check-in, and she sorted it out within seconds. I’ll definitely come back!

The beds were really comfortable, and the place was quiet and in a handy location. We stayed for a week while exploring the Garrotxa region, and the apartment had everything we needed, from towels and sheets to kitchenware and cleaning supplies. It was clean and lovely, and we felt right at home. Thanks for everything ☺️

The lift mattered to us because my father has reduced mobility, and it made the building suitable for our weekend with my parents. The apartment was spotless and had all we needed for an easy, comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were both quick, and they let us leave a few hours late without charging extra. We had a wonderful time, and I’ll stay here again when I next visit this beautiful city.

The staff were really friendly and attentive. The apartment had air conditioning, a crib, a kitchen, a washing machine and more, while the street stayed quiet despite being right in the centre.

The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and the street was quiet. Everything was perfect, and I'd recommend it. Just a shame there’s no parking.
