The location is genuinely great if you want to stay in this part of Bilbao, booking was easy, and free parking is a welcome bonus these days. The room itself was acceptable, but there was a persistent unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable. When I asked to move, I was told no other rooms were available. I checked out after one night, and the hotel wouldn’t refund the second, so I paid for two nights and slept in one. There were other problems too. The toilet door has about a 5 cm gap underneath, which might be fine alone but feels deeply uncomfortable with someone else. And the neighbours’ plumbing made loud enough pipe noise to be really disruptive. I wouldn’t come back or recommend it.

Free parking, dogs welcome, and excellent value for money. It’s one of the better budget hotels around, with friendly staff and spotless white sheets. A great experience.

We used this as a base during our first visit to Bilbao. It was easy to get into central Bilbao by bus, and the local shopping centre and places to eat were close by. The accommodation was very good and had everything we needed. Breakfast was sufficient for us, with an adequate range of food.

A practical, good-value base for a night’s sleep, with friendly, helpful staff. It’s attached to the Ibis, so you can use the Ibis bar and restaurant. The hotel is a fair way from central Bilbao, but there’s a nearby bus stop with buses into town. You’ll need to travel around to explore Bilbao.

We stayed here because we were catching the boat from Bilbao to ireland 🇮🇪. The room was basic but spotless, and at €55 per night it was hard to fault. The staff were lovely, the service was perfect, and there was a nice drink to relax with and a bit of life around the place. Highly recommended.
