10/10
The hosts were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location is excellent, just 85m from the metro station. Get a Barik card and getting around Bilbao for sightseeing is almost free. There is some noise if you want to experience the "real" Bilbao: teens at weekends, nice dance rehearsals from Latin America / immigrants I suppose, video, and people passing by. Still, the residents are very friendly. We don't speak Spanish, and they don't speak English or French, but they were always smiling and willing to help. Mostly working class or middle class, not used to tourists and tired from work, yet still smiling...

VERY BAD SERVICE. When we booked our room (res.nr 5565425787), @bookingcom asked us to double confirm our request, then booked 2 rooms and asked for 2 payments instead of one. Support said they'd get back to us within 24h, but it's now been 48h and we still haven't heard anything. Really scandalous practices!!!!!!

The place was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It's right beside the metro, though the WiFi signal isn't great and the thin walls can make it a little loud.

The place was clean and near a metro station, so it was okay overall. Wi-Fi was unstable, nobody speaks English, and the bathroom is small.

A clean room and very close to the subway. For this price, it's a good place to stay.
