We saw another review shortly before arriving that called the experience horrible and said it was not recommended at all. That felt a bit harsh to us, since the place was clean and the shared areas, especially around the pool, were nice. But inside the house, the appliances were ancient and nearly unusable, and there were lots of ants in the kitchen and bathroom. The owner knew about the ants but provided nowhere to store food. Thankfully, unlike another guest, we didn't find ants in our fridge. The promised bikes were broken, and the advertised air conditioning was coin operated and charged by the hour, so useless at night. The owner wouldn't deal with the problems apart from giving us one broken Tupperware container. Instead, he shouted at us to read his reviews because everyone else was happy, which wasn't true. It was extremely unpleasant, especially as he lives on site. Airbnb upheld our complaints, so we moved to a beautiful place just around the corner that was much cheaper, and we already plan to return there. It's a shame, because with some care and more professional service, this place could have a lot to offer.

We’ve spent many happy holidays here. It’s a lovely place, clean and comfortable, with friendly people. There’s a small supermarket close by, and the beaches and restaurants are easy to reach. Definitely recommend it.

The houses are lovely, and the owners were kind and helpful. It’s close to the ocean but nicely away from the noise, with a beautiful pool. The bikes could use an upgrade, though :⁠-⁠)

Surrounded by nature, this place is beautiful and peaceful. Magnificent, really, I can’t find the words.
