The apartment was well kept and had enough utensils for cooking, and the location was good. But it felt a bit expensive for a short stay. There was no lift, and the stairs were so narrow only one person could walk at a time. Carrying luggage up them was the hardest part. I wouldn't recommend it for older people.

The apartment was clean, bright and had good facilities. It's 5 min on foot to the metro and 15 min to the beach, with bars and shops all around. A taxi is cheap, and the Subway gets you to the centre in 15 min max. The shower held up even with 5 females. This is one of several apartments in Barcelona run by the chain, and the one we stayed in was the closest to the beach. The host was friendly and there to greet us, but keep track of the timetables or it will cost you. The sofa bed needs replacing; with 5 guests we needed it, but it only worked for one night. The sidetable is too large of you need sofa bed. It was also very noisy, with sounds from guests above and on the sides.

Really liked this place. The apartment was nice, clean and cozy, tucked away on a small street. Just know there's no elevator.

Clean and nice, close to the sea and one of the main promenades. Satisfied 👍

It's in a very good spot, near the local market, and has everything you need.
