We got in late at night after a long journey and were greeted warmly at reception with complimentary drinks, a very nice touch. There’s a great restaurant right next door, which was convenient. We also asked for an extra bed, and it was added to the room right away without any hassle. A pleasant, comfortable stay.

We arranged a large group block with Irene Miret for a convention, and the stay was amazing. She responded quickly and was incredibly flexible, even when we changed our dates multiple times. We also booked a meeting room for a sales meeting, and everything worked flawlessly. Cheers to Anna in the restaurant for looking after our nutball group :) Nice job, guys!!

We turned up around 9 am in a torrential downpour, completely soaked, and the staff were so sympathetic and accommodating. They got a room ready and let us check in early, which really helped. Even aside from that, it was a very pleasant hotel. We’ll be happy to return to the AC Hotel Victoria Suites.

It was worth staying outside the city center, since hotels in the heart of town were much more expensive. The hotel is in a quiet, nice area near the university, and our room was very large with plenty of space. We took the bus into the city every day and used Uber to get back at night.

I stayed two nights on my first business trip here. The staff were polite, but the location wasn’t very convenient, especially when trying to get a taxi in the morning. Housekeeping was terrible: they forgot to clean the room, and when I pointed it out, the response was basically “oops.” I wouldn’t recommend this property to business travelers.
