The cleanliness raised a lot of red flags, and the service felt arrogant. Quality was poor across the board. I wouldn't use this service again or recommend it.

The beachside location is the standout, and the apartment is also well connected, with buses nearby and the subway a seven-minute walk away. We stayed in September, and found the place far too expensive for what it offers. There are good points: air conditioning in every room, fast Wi-Fi, a digital key everyone in our group could use, plenty of towels and toiletries, and very good service that was always reachable on WhatsApp. But the apartment is quite run-down. We found ants and other insects in the rooms, the balcony awnings were broken, the couch was very worn, the mattresses sagged, and the door frames were coming apart. There weren't enough dishes either. At the start, they provided just one dishwasher tablet and one washing machine tablet. Do the whole check-in before you arrive. You need to send ID photos, signatures, and the security deposit, then the digital key should reach you well ahead of time.
