For May 2026, about €160 a night seemed expensive for what we got. We stayed in the “Apartamento con cama doble y ducha”. It was just one 26 m2 room, with the kitchen squeezed into a one-meter cabinet. Our first-floor room felt gloomy, with a tiny window onto an inner courtyard that was more like a big tunnel, so hardly any daylight came in. The walls were thin, and we heard water and sounds from neighboring rooms at night. The street often smelled unpleasant, though the location was relatively okay. If you book, I'd strongly suggest choosing a room with a proper window at minimum.

The metro is just 150 meters away, with shops, bakeries, and restaurants only 50-100 meters from DV Barcelona. Our five-day stay was excellent. The loft was clean, warm, well insulated, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable too. Highly recommended.

The area felt safe and convenient, with the metro a short walk away and Camp Nou Stadium only about a 7-8 minute walk. Our stay at Apartment DV was great: the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended! 🔥🔥

They accommodated us really well. We spent a few nights in the basic room, the cheapest option, then two nights in the room with the jacuzzi. Both were in perfect shape, very clean, and had everything we needed. The metro is only a five-minute walk from the building, and it takes about 20 minutes to reach the main things. Nothing bad to say about our stay.

The room was spacious, which was nice, and the metro stop is close by, with restaurants and supermarkets all around. The staff were friendly enough. But we booked the suite for its hot tub, and it barely worked: only scorching hot water came out, so we waited 30 minutes before using it. None of the buttons worked, part of the tub came loose while we were in it, and it wasn't clean. Room service didn't clean it during our stay either. The terrace could have been nice, but people in the rooms above kept throwing cigarette butts and ash down. The Wi-Fi was so bad that the television was impossible to use. This room needs a serious makeover, or they should describe it differently. It's okay for a short stay, just don't expect luxury.
