The no refund rule is especially harsh. Even if, for example, your travel companion dies, you won't get any money back. The place itself was dirty, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and the staff were unfriendly. There isn't even a reception. Barcelona has much better places to stay. Don't book here unless you enjoy crappy hotels.

I come here every month, and for the same price this B&B is much better than the other place I used to stay. It's super clean, and the owner is really nice. I know where I'll be staying from now on.

Parking adds another 20 euros to the room, since street parking isn't possible and the only option is a public lot. The so-called buffet breakfast is odd too: supermarket cereal in its box is counted as a continental breakfast. This was advertised as a hostel or bed and breakfast, but it felt like a private home. There was no reception, the place was dirty, and there was no privacy. I was so disappointed by the first impression that I cancelled right there and had to pay the full booking price as a penalty. Terrible.
