They came to hand over the keys and collect €110 in taxes, then disappeared. The apartment was neglected: there were no towels, the WiFi was poor, and the bedrooms and bathroom had no heat. The electric cooktop kept tripping, and the meter was missing. We called about the towels and WiFi and were told, "we'll let you know," but they never replied. We also contacted the agencies, but none of the problems got fixed. They were disappointed too. Very disappointing.

The power tripped as soon as we turned on two burners at once, and the shower drain was clogged, flooding the bathroom. The beds had hair and stains from who knows what. The place was in awful condition. They also kept our deposit because the neighbors complained about some noise one evening, even though the rules say it's only withheld for damage, and there was none. Seriously, avoid this place.

The neighbors complained even though we were only sitting together, talking quietly, with no music or other disturbance. We apologized and lowered our voices to whispers, but about 20 minutes later the agency called, threatened to send the police, and said we’d have to leave if we kept making noise. They didn’t really hear us out. We were five adults, a family group of me, my siblings, and my parents, booked for a weekend away. At check-in, the man warned us the neighbors were sensitive to noise, and I said that wouldn’t be an issue. The apartment is fine if you only plan to sleep there, but not if you want to spend time together like normal people. We were very unhappy with that, and the cleanliness wasn’t their strong point either.

The apartment looked better in the photos. The electricity kept cutting out, so we couldn’t use the air conditioner or stovetop, and the hot water boiler kept switching itself off.
