Hotel Colors

The service made my stay at Colors Hotel even better. Andres at reception was especially friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and the location worked perfectly for me. I loved staying here!

We picked this hotel because we needed to be near our children's soccer camp. The location is the main thing it has going for it, and really deserves a hotel with a better vision or an urgent remodel. The staff were the one bright spot. Diego was welcoming from the first day, made sure we had what we needed, and gave us useful directions and tips for places to visit, eat, and reach by public transport. We were treated very well, despite what some other reviews say.

The shower floods the bathroom every time, and when I reported it they only said they'd look into it, with no fix offered. Also, the single rooms aren't shown online and are tiny, even smaller than a hostel room. For the same price, a private hostel room in the city center seems like better value.

The staff were welcoming, which matters a lot in a hotel, and the location is handy for Valldaura metro, about a five-minute walk away. The beach is quite far, though. The V25 bus takes around 45 minutes to get there, and for the same money we could have booked a two-star hotel in the center, somewhere more convenient. We expected a fridge and properly made beds after seeing the Google Maps photos, but those weren't what we got. When we asked for shampoo, we were told the dispenser soap worked as both shampoo and shower gel. It was okay as shower gel, but not great on my hair. It didn't bother me much, but my mom couldn't stand it because it messed up her hair.
