Leonardo Royal Barcelona Forum Hotel

On the second night, water started coming through the ceiling, and we were awake for most of the night. We asked for a refund for that night and were refused. They said a room change and free breakfast were enough, but moving us in the middle of the night was the basic response to the problem, and we didn't even use the breakfast. The rest of our three nights at Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Forum weren't much better. On arrival, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. I explained that my sister's card was on file, but they still wouldn't let me into the room and treated us with unnecessary suspicion. Breakfast was poor as well, with limited, low-quality food being cleared before the advertised closing time. The way these issues were handled was as concerning as the problems themselves. A hotel claiming high standards shouldn't have this kind of basic maintenance failure or brush off a reasonable compensation request. At best, it's an average hotel, and its service doesn't live up to its claims. I wouldn't return or recommend it.

The rooftop pool was perfect for me and my 8 year old son, and the pool top bar staff were brilliant, especially the lady. We stayed 3 nights, 31.5.26 - 03.06.26, and had a brilliant time from start to finish. Great for commuting, clean and fresh, and at this price it's a must. Great memories, 10 out of 10, muchas gracias.

The rooms were clean and charming, the food decent, and the staff very friendly. We also had beautiful views. It's right by the convention center, which was handy for our conference, and the metro and beach are easy to get to from here. We couldn't check in early, but they were happy to hold our luggage.

The included breakfast was a 10/10, and dinner at the restaurant on the 13th floor was just as good. I was here for one night on a business trip. My room was spacious and comfortable, with fast wifi that made it easy to work. The desk and coffeemaker were a nice bonus for getting some work done before having coffee in the morning. The bathroom amenities were very good, and I liked the brand. Reception were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. A wonderful stay that made the business trip a success.
