Lugaris Beach - Apartments

We had a lovely stay. The staff were really nice and responsive, the rooftop pool was great, and you can hardly get closer to the beautiful beach. They provided a crib and high chair, and the residential neighborhood felt kid friendly. It's a bit far from the city center, but that's the tradeoff you choose. For the room size, I thought it was a little pricey. At that price, I'd usually expect better quality basics, like dish soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Otherwise, everything was great and we enjoyed our time here.

Poble Nou was a lovely place to stay, with a great atmosphere and lots of nice spots to eat. We slept really well, even though we were here for the nearby Primavera Sound Festival. The apartment was clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds, and getting to the indoor parking was easy. The staff were so kind and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better place to rest and recharge, and we'll be back. Thanks for a brilliant stay 😊

The reception team were kind, professional, and always ready to help. We especially appreciate how much they did to help us get my son's Nintendo Switch back after he left it in the apartment. They really went above and beyond. Everything else was great too: the location was excellent, and the apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Lugaris Apartments Beach in Barcelona and would definitely come back.

The apartments themselves were excellent, and I can't fault them. The coffee in the room was a nice touch, and I'd be happy to return. But customer service mattered to me, and one thing left an unpleasant feeling. I forgot 2,500 euros in cash in a kitchen cabinet when I checked out. I remembered five hours later and immediately contacted the apartment managers. They said neither the cleaner nor any other staff member had found anything. I know it was my own mistake, but if the money had been handed in at reception and returned to me, the stay would have been wonderful.
