Really comfortable and quiet, and good value for the money. They even had food available for people arriving late. The soup was excellent.

The welcome was warm, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. Our weekend set menu was very good value, with well-prepared food and quick service. It felt like home-style cooking in a relaxed atmosphere. We'd happily come back.

We went just for the restaurant, and it was a great choice again. The vegetables and potatoes are grown there, and the food has that delicious, fresh homemade taste. The service was so friendly and attentive. We'll definitely return.

The service was slow, and our waitress seemed uninterested in whether anything was wrong or in helping sort it out. She was inattentive and quite rude, which made the whole visit feel careless and unprofessional. My breaded cutlet was dry and bland, with an oily coating that seemed reheated. The potatoes arrived soft and cold, as if they'd been cooked earlier and not stored properly. A very bad meal and a bad experience. I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

The food at the restaurant was superb, and the service was outstanding. It's a welcoming, family-run hostel. What a great find!
