Camping La Ribera Salada

The views are incredible, and the people here are friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are good too. Still, it only gets three stars from us because this place isn't really set up for tent travellers like us. Our pitch had small stones, and it wasn't suitable for parking our two motorbikes either. We had to leave them on neighbouring pitches while those campers were away. The extra charge of 5 Euro per motorbike per night felt far too high. The turns are tight, so we wonder whether a reasonably sized caravan can get up without damage. It seems more geared towards seasonal campers with fixed pitches, as the site is being revitalised. If you know about these limitations, there's no reason not to come.

A peaceful, family-friendly campsite.

It's a small, really peaceful campsite, just right for relaxing and switching off. Alejandro and the whole team gave excellent service. I'll definitely return!

The river nearby is lovely for kids, and it's beautiful there. You can park beside it. The location is good, the services are clean, close by, and good, and the pool setup is great, with a big pool and a smaller one for little ones. There's a bar, but no shop, so you'll need to drive five minutes to Oliana to buy anything. We came with vans and a tent, and our gravel pitch was surrounded by mobile homes and caravans on permanent pitches. It felt more like camping between buildings than out in nature, and there were sooooo many mosquitoes. I got the sense the site is more aimed at bungalows and permanent campers than tents or campers.
