The breakfast is stunning, and we always left feeling full. There's lovely cold water in the fridge, plus tea and coffee-making facilities. Clive and Allen are perfect hosts, and whenever we visit Baza we stay here. The stargazing is amazing too. I saw my first row of satellites in the sky here. Wow!

The area is peaceful and very pretty, and the local town and pools are lovely. Allan and Clive were attentive, lovely hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I'd visit again without hesitation. A view of the real beauty of Spain.

Outside it was chilly, but the cave was nicely heated, with hot water and a warm bathroom, so we had a very comfortable stay. The Cave of Dreams is peaceful and unique. Allan was welcoming and helpful, and knows a lot about the surroundings.

We’d love to come back in late spring and enjoy the thermal baths. The cave room was really comfortable, a little cold at first, but it warmed up by evening and was lovely and warm overnight. Breakfast was excellent before we left. There was a booking mix-up, with two reservations apparently happening at once. The proprietors handled it so kindly: they offered us a spare room where we could make ourselves at home, or a full refund along with a list of another hotel. We chose to stay. There were four lifts in total, and when I offered Clive ten euros, he wouldn’t take it. I insisted!

The cave hotel was clean and cosy, with everything we needed. Clive and Alan were fantastic hosts and took time to map out the places worth seeing, including traditional Spanish villages, waterfalls and restaurants. It was everything we hoped for, and more. 10/10. A must-try if you’re in the area and fancy something a bit different.
