The host’s life story was interesting to hear about, and he enjoys chatting with guests. He’s very kind and speaks clear English. We also liked the house’s interesting interior. A fantastic place to stay.

The room was so spacious and quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. René made the stay special too. He’s warm, polite, attentive, and easy to talk to, and he makes you feel like part of the family. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

The covered terrace up top has sweeping views, and the old, tall house is tucked down a small alley. There’s also a little pool in a leafy spot, shaded from the sun. The host is attentive and speaks English. An unexpected, excellent stopover.

Rene is a fantastic host who makes you feel right at home, and he’s like a living history book. The house is full of history, with peace and quiet in every corner. An incredible experience.

Esteban, April 2017 The owner was very kind and helpful. The house is wonderful, with so many works of art displayed so beautifully that it feels like being in a museum.
