Alta House Suites

The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the terrace had incredible views of the surrounding area. We loved the cozy bed, the great AC and the amazing shower. Alta House was quiet and peaceful, just a short block from the main town centre. The staff were so friendly, and we loved chatting with them. The decor was beautiful and the place felt cozy. We absolutely adored our four nights here. It was a short 10-15 minute drive to three or more beautiful beaches with the clearest turquoise water. We’d absolutely stay again!

A sudden family bereavement meant I had to change my travel plans. I gave a week’s notice, but was simply told a refund was “not possible.” The lack of compassion in those circumstances was really disappointing.

The rooftop bar was the best part, a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of holiday activities. The location was ideal, close to the village centre, and our reserved parking was useful. My wife and I stayed here in July 2022 and had a wonderful time. Our room was spacious, clean, bright and air-conditioned. Breakfast had a very good selection, and the staff were attentive and very nice. The Hotel Manager was especially helpful and even helped me load the car when we left.

The rooftop view was breathtaking, and the sunset on our first night was the best we’d ever seen. We can’t wait to come back to Alta! Our room was lovely and spacious, with a gorgeous view. The host was so friendly and helpful, and all the staff were awesome. Breakfast was great, with a big range at the buffet.
