The chicken cannelloni and vegetables were amazing, but the roast beef was the real standout. Those truffle potatoes are among the best I’ve tried in Europe. If you’re in town, this place is a must.

DISAPPOINTING!! We were comfortable in the room during our one-night stay, but the service let us down. There were four of us, and breakfast at 12 € per person had already been paid with the reservation. At 8 in the morning, nobody came to serve it. When we called, they told us to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive. We didn’t want to wait, so we agreed they would refund the breakfast cost. I’ve followed up by phone and WhatsApp and still haven’t heard back or received the refund. What a bar!!

The artichoke burger was spectacular, the kind you want to savor bite by bite. Everything we ate was full of flavor and carefully made, and the food was a lovely surprise. There’s a new team and a fresh energy at Fonda Biayna in Bellver, with truly excellent service. I came back today after seven years. Last time I left thinking I wouldn’t return, but passing by, I sensed something had changed. I’m glad I gave it another chance, and this time I’ll definitely be back.
