The service was awful, and we waited 30 minutes for coffee. We didn’t get to try the food.

We were still hungry after having tapas and wine, and although most places close early, the owner offered to make us some homemade food. She was incredibly helpful. Earlier, when I mentioned that the room was cold, she turned on the heating and even brought us a small electric heater. I’d highly recommend staying here, having a meal or a drink, or all three. Fantastic owner!

The pizzas were huge and really tasty. We had two, plus two beers, and took the leftovers home. Drinks arrived within a few minutes and the pizzas in about 20. They came in frozen glasses, which isn’t my thing in March, but it was no big deal. The staff were nice and even checked whether we liked the food, something I haven’t been asked in years, in any country. Fair price too. What’s not to like? I don’t know what some people expect from a bar or restaurant sometimes.
