Hotel Casa Carmen

We only spent one night there, as a group of six. The location worked really well for exploring the area, and the rooms were perfectly adequate. At the restaurant, the locally sourced food was beautifully prepared, delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were excellent, attentive and friendly.

We went with friends a couple of weekends ago and got a really warm welcome. We spent the whole afternoon having cocktails inside and outside the bar. The bartender was fantastic, and everyone was friendly.

I’ve eaten here before, and we’ll definitely be back. It’s a great place whether I’m with friends, in a group or with my partner. The waiters were excellent and the food was delicious. We ate like royalty, especially since King Felipe was dining there too.

We were a group of 10, and I can’t praise Pili and Jose Miguel enough. He’s a phenomenal chef, carrying three generations of cooking experience, and they were so patient and kind. The guesthouse is renovated, with incredible rooms, and we were lucky to get the Vintage room. It’s right on the main road, easy to reach, with parking outside. Breakfast was amazing, with top-quality products, and dinner was breathtaking. You have to try the incredible local stew. This is a family-run place where quality and great service come first. Thank you for your hard work, enthusiasm and for keeping traditions alive. Sending best wishes and a big kiss from a former intern, the one who tried making oat milk coffee. I hope you remember me.
