The rooms were a good size and well kept, and we're already booked to come back next year. It's close to the marina and bus routes. The only issues were the air-con, which couldn't be adjusted and was very cool, though welcome most of the time, and weak wi-fi in rooms nearest the main street. That affected both internet access and the TV signal.

We couldn't travel to Spain because a family member had a cardiac arrest the day before our flight. I understand not getting a refund at short notice for a room we didn't use, but the company also refuses to give us a letter for our travel insurance confirming that we never checked in. I've emailed repeatedly and been ignored. When I call, I'm promised a call back. The staff and owners have been shocking and ridiculously unhelpful. This could have happened to anyone. Edit: Apartamentos MS seems to reply to Google reviews, but not to emails or phone calls. I'm updating this in the hope of getting a useful response. Please answer by email. We didn't book through Sidetours, and I'd never heard of them before. Stop passing responsibility along: as the hotel operator, you're the one who can document for insurance that my family member and I never checked in. That should be simple. Your data protection explanation makes no sense. You say you can't issue documents for a check-in that never happened, which is all the information I need, yet you say you can't put that in a private email. You have admitted it publicly. I also contacted Sidetours and heard nothing, which is unsurprising since they won't know who I am or that I booked at your apartment. Absolutely shocking and lazy service. Do your job.

The balcony has an absolutely lovely view. The staff are lovely too, and it's very convenient for shops, bars and the beach.

The location is superb, just off the main street with its cafes, restaurants and bars, and a stone's throw from the marina. Staff were helpful and friendly, and our room was spacious and comfortable, with a good-sized balcony. Ours faced the street, so it could get noisy into the early hours. Light sleepers should keep that in mind. The pool area was tidy and clean, though the lounger pads looked grimy and past their best. Loungers cost 2 euros. Cleaning was the main letdown: we got fresh towels once and clean sheets once during our stay, and I didn't notice any other cleaning. I had to ask reception for toilet rolls, and we swept the floor and cleaned the bathroom ourselves more than once. The location is excellent, but the cleaning routine lets the hotel down.
