Great location. Best summer ever.

The apartments were clean and roomy, and the location was brilliant. The only downside was how tiny the pool is. There’s a little restaurant called Little Italy nearby: two large pizzas, three glasses of wine and a Coke for €10!

We had no water from 6 am until 12 pm on the last day of our first three-night booking. Since we couldn't even use the toilet, we wanted to cancel the separate reservation for the next three days. The receptionist said she didn't know how long the water would be off, refused to cancel and shouted that the water problem wasn't their responsibility. She said we'd have to pay the full price for the whole stay. After we contacted Booking.com, they sent the hotel a lengthy email and we were allowed to cancel the second booking for free. My family and I had booked two stays, one for the first three days and another for the last three. The receptionist had no customer service skills. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in 10 years of travelling in Spain and around the world. Never go here.

The sea is just across the road, and there are bus stops right outside the complex on the main road. Below it you'll also find two bars or restaurants, two food shops and a bank. There’s a beautiful pool and gardens. Most flats are owner occupied, so it’s mainly a residential complex rather than a holiday complex, though there are some timeshare units.
