The food selection and quality have been the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive hotel, and the bar staff are both friendly and quick. Our room was very clean, and check-in was easy. The location is excellent too. I’m staying here now and it easily deserves its 5-star ratings. There was a small issue with Jet 2's all-inclusive plus drinks option, but Jet 2's rep, Julia, and the hotel's Manager, Juan, sorted it out quickly. If you’re choosing somewhere in the area, I’d put this hotel at the top of your list. I’ll definitely come back. Five stars all round.

The sea and beaches are right outside, with shops and bars close by, and the sunrise and sunset views are amazing. There were lots of sun loungers and places to relax, and the entertainment ran through the day. The buffet had plenty of choice, and staff in the bars and buffet were welcoming and friendly. It was one of my better holidays. My only small gripe was the bed, which could’ve been more comfortable. I was on the extra bed rather than one of the main beds, though, and I’d happily return.

We were there for my friend's 60th birthday, and the staff made it feel special. They sang happy birthday and gave her a voucher for a bottle of cava. Let them know if you're celebrating something!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but we could hear noise from both upstairs and downstairs. Our room also felt warmer than we’d like. The air conditioning worked, though it didn’t cool things enough for us, and changing the thermostat didn’t really help. There was a lovely outdoor patio where we could get away for a quieter evening. Events in the main lobby on certain days made that area lively, so I appreciated having the patio. I preferred the jacuzzi and baths to the pool, and there’s a spa area too. The pools were divided for younger children, older kids, and adults, which was nice. We chose the inclusive package, with meals available poolside, at the casino, or in the main dining area. There were plenty of choices for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The dining staff welcomed everyone and knew the ingredients, which helped our party members with allergies and food restrictions. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed my vacation. The ocean views were breathtaking and visible from several places around the property, one of the real highlights of the hotel. We were there for a truly memorable event. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the Marina, with its restaurants and shops. We felt safe walking even at night, and there are local attractions nearby as well. There are also dining options, grocery stores, and a pharmacy close by, plus Ubers and readily available taxis.
