N&A Golondrinas Recently Renovated 2bdr Apt

The entertainment team made the holiday special. Both my girls have autism and can sometimes get overwhelmed, but the staff were so supportive and excellent with them. Kobe, Julia, Hayke, Romane, Valuoo, and Lorien, our girls miss you. Thanks so much for making the holiday amazing. Laura also gave us excellent customer service, and I know Anna will miss her slushes. There was a great range of food, with something for everyone. Despite the problems, the whole experience was amazing, and this was our little bit of paradise. I'll definitely come back. On arrival I was disappointed by how basic the room was. There was no kettle or tea and coffee, and I like to have coffee in my room or on the balcony first thing, before breakfast. The air conditioning caused trouble twice: it stopped working once, and another time water poured all over the bed. Luckily, that happened during the day, so the room could be serviced. I do think the rooms need updating.

The animation team were top notch, even compared with the many Spanish hotels we've stayed at, including in the Canary Islands. We spent seven days here and honestly have nothing to complain about. The hotel is very close to the beach, and our room had a sea view. The food was good, and we always found something we liked. It's a convenient spot for families with kids, close to the cable car, aquarium, Selwo Marina, and more.

The games with the fun entertainment crew were a good time. They got us involved, and I even won a couple. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the all-inclusive buffet was nice. The hotel is near the beach with easy access down, and it's handy for the cable car too. Would very much recommend 👍🏻

The animation team were spot on, full of energy and kind. They learned everyone's names and made sure all of us were included. Julia and Kody were exceptional, always happy to help and nothing was a problem. At checkout, the manager made a point of coming over to ask for feedback. I stayed with my mam and daughter for a relaxing week. The food was lovely, with such a big selection that you could eat almost all day and find something for everyone. The rooms were basic but clean, and staff were on the ball throughout. The hotel is very close to the beach and shops. This was my second visit, and I'll definitely go back.
