The lack of response from the hotel has been very upsetting. I reported the problem directly, sent photos, and was first told it would be looked into. After several follow-ups, we still haven’t received any reply or confirmation that the room was inspected or treated. Guests deserve to know that their health and well-being are being taken seriously, especially since bed bugs can spread easily. We stayed on 29th July in Room 102, and both my husband and I ended up with extensive bites. We initially thought they were mosquitoes, but their pattern, severity, and continuing discomfort make us believe they were bed bug bites. My husband has been particularly badly affected, with many bites that were still sore and irritating weeks later. We’ve both felt unwell since. The bedding was changed only once during our stay, which fell short of the cleanliness we expected. What might have been a good stay has instead left us distressed, uncomfortable, and hugely disappointed. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel until the issue has been properly resolved.

When I stayed here 3-4 years ago, it was lovely and everything seemed fresh and new. Now it feels aged and could use some refreshing and maintenance. The drinks cart was empty, although I appreciated the few drinks left in the room. I also loved the shower gel and shampoo and would like to know the brand. A walk around would probably turn up some quick fixes and other things that need attention, because small details do bring the score down.

The location was quiet and nice, but parking was very hard to find. It also took a while for someone to reply to our earlier messages, so we gave up asking anything else. The room was cold and dim, though the bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was poor. The floors were dirty, especially in the bathroom, and the shower floor was worst of all, with stains and hair from previous guests clogging the drain. The water was barely warm, and while we tried to wash, water flooded around our feet, so we couldn’t really shower. I had to wipe food stains and crumbs off the sofa before we could sit down. The microwave was dirty inside too, so we didn’t use it. It was an unpleasant stay, which was a shame given the nice location.

It’s a lovely place, very clean and spacious, right in the center of the Pueblo. The views are beautiful, and the shared pool must be a nice way to cool off in summer. Parking can be tricky since the streets are narrow and full. Whenever I sent a request on WhatsApp, I got a reply straight away.
