Duncan, Tanya and their two children Zeb & Lola made us feel very welcome. The veranda has amazing views, and the cave house sits in a rural setting within the grounds of a traditional working farm. Fantastic place.

I understand that unexpected problems can happen, but this was a room I’d booked a month ahead for the long weekend with my partner. They cancelled the day before, saying construction work meant they couldn’t provide it. I tried to reach them, but got no answer at first, and then the phone was switched off. A measly email the day before, especially just before a long weekend, wasn’t enough.

The hosts were attentive and made us feel at home. The accommodation was cozy and very clean, with thoughtful little details, in a typical local cave-farmhouse.
