Apartamentos Yoy Edelweiss

The hotel charged my card even though I cancelled within the free-cancellation period. For over a month I've been trying to get the money back, and all I've received are different excuses. This is against the law and really poor customer care. Lawyers are dealing with it now. I hope they sort it out and that it doesn't happen to anyone else.

The restaurant's self-service selection was good, though most of the food was cold or dried out from sitting on the steam trays. It seemed well suited to the many school groups, but we only ate there once and didn't enjoy it. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, warm, and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. Our extra bed was actually bunk beds in a good spot. The new bathroom looked lovely, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, though it could use some updating. The layout worked well, and we'd happily come back.

The apartment had an incredible view, and the ski resort, bars, and restaurants were all right next door. The interior is a little dated, but the rest more than made up for that. We loved staying here.
