I was really disappointed. We booked through Booking.com, then 48 hours before arrival asked to change the dates because our car had broken down. We even offered to pay for the extra night we’d miss, but they refused to change the booking. We explained that we like visiting the area and spending money locally, but they said that wasn’t their problem. In the end we canceled and paid a 50% penalty. One person’s selfishness means other businesses lose customers too. What a shame, my dear Benasque. We’ll think twice about returning during ski and mountain season.

The apartment had everything we needed, with plenty of space, comfort, and a great location. Paz was outstanding during the booking process, and Manuel gave us a wonderful welcome at check-in. We would have stayed longer if we could. We’ll be back soon!

We’ve visited Benasque many times, and this was easily the best place we’ve stayed. The apartment is spacious, cozy, and fantastic, with everything well equipped, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and a large countertop. The owner was attentive the whole time, and the shared patio by the entrance is a real bonus. We’ll stay at Casa Damián again on our next trip.

We had everything we needed in this fantastic apartment. You can’t leave your car in the village, but being able to unload our luggage made things easy. The owner was very attentive to what we needed. I’d definitely recommend it.

It’s basically one room with three beds and a bathroom, plus a small fridge and microwave. The water pressure was excellent, which I really appreciated. The place downstairs was very clean and right in the center of Benasque, a great base for all kinds of activities in the Pyrenees. It costs €25 per person per night.
