We were a group of 12 with lots of very young kids, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was very good, the rooms were spacious, well equipped, tidy and clean, and the kids club was a lovely bonus. The location is great, a 10-minute walk to the ski resort, or you can take the Hotel transfer. The staff really made it for us. Thanks to Carolina💛, Arsénio, Pedro, Kebi and Marcelo from the restaurant, Angie for looking after our room, Toni at reception for always smiling and speaking a few Portuguese words, and Jose from maintenance and transfer, who did everything he could to help me find my lost gloves 😅. Thanks to the rest of the team too for making our stay wonderful. A huge hug from the Portuguese big family.

It’s a decent hotel, but the rooms are very basic. A few things let it down: there was no AC, the bed was extremely stiff, and the room was really dusty, like it hadn’t been used for months. I know they’d just reopened after all the COVID-19 drama, but why not clean the room first?

The pictures don’t represent what you actually get. Our room was very old and not modern in design, and the toilets were dimly lit. They only provided one bottle of lotion, with no other toiletries or toothbrush. A steep price for this standard.

The views, pool, and breakfast were great. Just be aware this hotel is geared toward winter. In summer there’s no AC, and depending on the time of day the room can reach the high 80s to low 90s.
