It was a business dinner, and it was very nice. The staff and service were okay, though I think they could have been more welcoming.

The meat was really good, but the service made this a bad experience. I ordered a green salad and got tuna, anchovies, eggs and tomatoes, with hardly any greens. The woman serving us, who I think was the owner, got upset when I complained and said that was how they serve a green salad. She did change it in the end, but she was rude and bitter from the start.

We found this place during low season, when very few spots in Benasque were open. It was pleasant and reasonably priced, with vegetarian choices too.

The meat and wine selection is great, and the staff were friendly. It costs a bit more, but felt worth it. Could work just as well for a family dinner as a romantic night out.

The lamb was cooked just right, and the scallops and mojito sorbet were perfect too. I'd love to come back.
