This is a great choice if you’re looking to relax. The house is well equipped and thoughtfully designed inside and out, with all the amenities close at hand. It’s away from the bustle of Denia, but still near enough to pick a beach or head out along the coast or into the mountains.

We spent June 15th to July 2nd, 2024, at Villa Casa Vista with four adults, and it was a wonderful place to unwind. The house, grounds, and location were all a dream. It was fully equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen, and the pool loungers and several parasols were fantastic. We also loved the barbecue area and all the comfortable places to sit. Every window had a mosquito screen, so we could keep them open day and night. The gate was a little stiff at first, but no big deal, and the handyman fixed it. From check-in to check-out, the rental agency "Happy in the Sun" was available and helpful. Payment and the security deposit went smoothly, and we got the deposit back on time. We’ll definitely be back. Perfecto! Many thanks to the Happy in the Sun team 👍

Everything else was perfect, but the location is the one downside: it’s 14 minutes from the beach, and there’s no garage.
