Apartamentos Turísticos Ca Ramón

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, all in great condition. We used it as a base for visiting Valencia, Alcoy, Alicante, and other cities. The staff were so kind and helpful, answering our questions and pointing us toward places that were easy to get to. The owner and the woman who helps him made the whole week feel effortless. My partner and I would happily come back.

I called to confirm check-in while I was already on my way, and only then did the owner tell me he hadn't made the reservation and had forgotten about it, just an hour before I was supposed to arrive. A few days earlier he'd asked me to cancel the booking I'd made three months in advance, promising a discount, so I did. He completely wrecked my vacation. I absolutely wouldn't recommend him.

I ended up with no reservation and no vacation. The owner asked me to cancel through Booking.com so he could avoid its commission, and I did, but when I arrived there was no booking. I wouldn't recommend him. He doesn't seem very reliable.

Ramón welcomed us and gave us lots of information about the area, and he was attentive whenever we needed anything. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well equipped when my partner, my dog, and I stayed there in August after the town festival. It was quiet, so we slept well.
