The restaurant deserves a gold medal. The food was high quality, beautifully presented, and the service was excellent for the price. Staff were attentive, knew what they were doing, and kept working without getting distracted. Even the animation team gave it everything. One request, please soften the lighting in the restaurant and lounge. It's too harsh.

The service, food, location, and quality were excellent, but the noise from the bar spoiled my stay. My room overlooked the pool and had a sea view, which was lovely, but sitting directly above the bar meant I couldn't relax or sleep until the music stopped after midnight. On my fourth night I was offered a room at the back. It was dark, smelled, and needed work, so I turned it down. There was also a group of about 40 teenage boys staying there. They were nice, but loud, and took over the pool and restaurant, making things feel crowded and chaotic. They left on my fourth day, and the whole experience improved.

The staff made the biggest difference during our nine nights here. We were welcomed warmly from the start, and everyone at reception, in the restaurant, and at the beachside chiringuito made us feel at home. The hotel is right by the sea, with plenty of sunbeds and complimentary towels. The outdoor area was a lovely place for a drink, especially in the cosy, relaxed evenings. Our room wasn't especially spacious, but it was comfortable, clean, and had a nice balcony and a fantastic rain shower. You can hear doors closing and chairs moving from upstairs because there's no carpet. It didn't really bother us, though, since people seemed to turn in at a reasonable time and nights were peaceful. We chose full board and enjoyed every meal. There was a wide range of fresh fruit and good quality dishes, all consistently delicious, and the wine selection was excellent too. With the beach just steps away and the hotel in a central spot, it exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay and will be back next year.

A few things worked well here: the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, the location was quiet and right by the beach, and there was a separate beach entrance from the pool area. Breakfast was decent. The service was friendly too, especially Stefi at reception, who was very helpful. A couple of things felt unusual. Borrowing a beach or pool towel required a €10 cash deposit, and so did borrowing an iron and ironing board. Why not hold the amount on the guest's card in case something goes missing? Coffee wasn't served with lunch, so we had to go to the bar afterwards. We were then told we couldn't bring the cups back to our table in the restaurant. It'd be simpler to make the coffee machines available as they are at breakfast. Noise carried from neighbouring rooms and the hallway, so I wouldn't recommend a room by the lift.
