A comfortable, clean hotel and a nice place for a few days in Benicasím. The city centre is very close, though the beach is a little farther away. We enjoyed it.

For a very reasonable August price, this was a brilliant budget bed and breakfast. Check-in is self-service, which was another plus, and breakfast was very good on the roof terrace. The hotel stayed quiet, with excellent soundproofing and double glazing. The staff we met were efficient and friendly.

The owners were so friendly and did everything they could to help guests feel welcome and relaxed. The hotel itself seems quite new, is tastefully designed, and is carefully looked after. A fantastic, high-standard place.

When the airline lost my bags for days, Carla and her staff went out of their way to help and make a difficult stretch easier. That kind of care makes a huge difference when you're travelling. I also enjoyed breakfast on the roof terrace and would come back when I'm in town for Rototom.

I'm absolutely disgusted. Hotel Sunna cancelled my booking, which I'd made at the beginning of the year, just five weeks before my trip. I checked and they were still advertising availability, but at double the price. Now I've got flights and no accommodation.
