The service was very good, but I have serious concerns about Torre Lugano and the BenidormSky agency. One of the cleaners, Claudio Preda, often goes out for cigarettes and smells strongly of smoke. I found him disgusting, and consider him one of the worst people at BenidormSky. He also tries to charge clients for damage with what I believe are false accusations. If that happens, call the police. They know Claudio Preda, whom I also referred to as Caudio Preda, and his associate Allan Thierry, and I allege they have defrauded clients repeatedly. I also claim Benidorm Sky is a place where drugs are sold. Be careful around this BenidormSky place.

It's a noisy area and no one seems to use the pool. The neighbourhood feels like an English council estate, with lots of properties for sale and mostly local Spanish residents. Not the best area.

The pool is pleasant and the people are friendly, with supermarkets and the beach close by. It does get pretty packed there in the afternoons during August. But that's Benidorm in August, with so many people around.

The location is spot on, near the center and just 400 meters from the sea and Avenida del Mediterráneo. The views are incredible!

I'm happy living here. It's so peaceful, with mountains all around.
