Apartamento Tugar 4-8

The apartments are super and the staff are amazing. It’s a 10 out of 10 for me, and I’ll be back next year.

We reported the cockroaches to management, but all they offered was to come and inspect the apartment the following day. For now, we're sharing the place with them, hopping over them to reach the shower. We've only been here a few hours, and this is already the worst experience of my life. We got the apartment late, and it was dirty and damaged, despite there being a deposit. There are two adults and a baby here, and cockroaches are even getting into the fridge because its door doesn't close properly.

We brought our baby and showed them evidence of the infestation, but nothing has been fixed. The apartment is dirty, and the bed is covered in hair. Cockroaches are running through every room, including around the electrical outlets. We can't cook or even go into the kitchen, and we have to step over them to use the toilet or shower. There's no way to prepare food for the baby or leave them on a blanket, in case the roaches crawl on it. The fridge is broken and they get inside. They seem so used to the place that even the cold doesn't bother them. We're on guard all the time in case they get onto the bed. This is awful and ruining our holiday.

It was in a very good location, and the apartment was decent. The bedrooms got quite hot, though they did have fans and no air conditioning. There was also water dripping from the terrace AC unit down the stairs, with no container underneath to catch it. The shower drain wasn't working well, so the bathroom flooded. We also missed having a large full-length mirror.
