They initially held up my deposit refund, saying there were problems with the card machine, even though it had worked fine when they took the deposit. Then they deducted what came to about £60 for reasons I still don't know. The place felt like a dive or hostel. The blankets were like something from a POW camp, and one had a huge cigarette burn. The TV seemed purely ornamental: the aerial wasn't compatible, and it was so old it wasn't a smart TV, with no internet, so it was useless. There was about an inch of dust on the furniture, which set off my asthma badly. The reception staff member was poor too. I’d have felt more welcome crashing my ex wife’s 40th birthday party. We left the apartment cleaner than it had been since it was built, yet they still didn’t return the full deposit. The whole hotel was a disgrace.

I paid a €200 deposit after booking through Airbnb, which was fine. The host only refunded part of it for supposed damage, but the damage they cited was already there when we arrived. Take photos and videos as soon as you get in. Hopefully you can find somewhere nicer to stay.

We’ve just returned from our stay, and they’re refusing to refund our £200.00 deposit. All we did was leave the beds unmade. The apartment was freezing, with nowhere near enough blankets for everyone, and all the sheets and blankets smelled of mould. DONT STAY HERE.

The location is good. The apartment provides only the bare minimum.

We booked and paid for basic accommodation, and that’s what we got, so expectations were met. It was clean, well located, and had parking.
