The wooden cabin is fairly nice, with a fridge and working AC, which was enough for me. The beds are fine too, though the pillows are a gamble: mine was rock solid, while my friend’s was fairly soft and normal. Roosters wander around the grounds and crow constantly in the early morning. Depending on the person, that can really affect your sleep.

The bed was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and a nice shower. The weather wasn’t great while we were there, so maybe we didn’t see the place at its best. The coffee shop and bar were closed, and the restaurant only opened for lunch, despite being advertised with all three. It was supposed to be express check-in, but nobody was at reception when we arrived, so we waited five minutes for the key. Not a big problem, just not what was advertised. The cabin was also meant to have a hairdryer, but there wasn’t one. I didn’t need it, but my wife has longer hair.

The outdoor pool was very good, with plenty of loungers, some with parasols, and a covered seating area if you want shade. The room was very clean and the air conditioning was a real help in the extreme heat. It’s a wee bit off the beaten track, about a 30-minute walk into town, but it was a great place for a last-minute stay. The rooms are old Spanish style, but tidy and fine to sleep in.

A good place to stay. The cabin could do with tea and coffee making facilities. A taxi from Benedirn centre is only 7 euros.

Fer was a great host, and the service was really good 👌 The wooden house was nice and cozy, and the swimming pool was clean with nice music around it. Bringing my dog, around 22 kilos, wasn’t a problem at all. I had a good time, and I’ll probably come back when I’m in benidorm again. Thanks!
