The breakfast was nice, the beds were very comfortable, and having a proper duvet instead of thin sheets was a plus. We had enough room for our luggage, a decent balcony view and a safe for valuables, though the safe costs extra. Sleep was disrupted by two things. A strong drain smell came up at night and kept waking us, so we had to leave the balcony door open. Early in the morning, staff smashing bottles into bins made a lot of noise too. The room was generally clean, and towels and bedding were changed regularly, which we appreciated. But it wasn't a thorough clean: toothpaste marks and body wash streaks from previous guests were still on the bathroom tiles. There are good points, but the smell and early noise really affected our stay.

The rooftop view was just beautiful, and I'll definitely come back. It was my first time in Benidorm and I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were lovely and helpful, and you get what you pay for. I wasn't comfortable sitting on the balcony because of my fear of heights.

That rooftop bar is delightful, and the hotel is right in the center of the Old Town. The staff are wonderful, and the clean, comfortable rooms have air con. They're a little small, but that's about the only thing I can find to complain about. What a gem. I won't stay anywhere else again!

The rooftop terrace is small but fabulous, with 360-degree views across most of Benidorm. Breakfast was great, with freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee. The bar area was lovely, and drinks were reasonably priced. Special thanks to Roxanna on breakfast service and the guy with glasses, dark hair and a beard, sorry I didn't get his name. Lovely people. Our room was high up at the back, so we heard no outside noise, but we could hear the people next door coughing, talking and flushing the toilet. The owners might want to improve the soundproofing in future. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the sheets were clean and white. The bathroom could use a complete renovation, though the thick, soft towels were lovely and everything was immaculately clean and worked fine. A comfortable stay in a fabulous Old Town location. Friendly staff, excellent value for money, and I'd definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean but tired, and ours smelled a bit damp. Still, in Benidorm you don't spend that much time in the room anyway. Cheap and cheerful, and perfectly placed for tapas alley, the old town and the beach.
