The pool was usually full of insects and didn't seem to get cleaned very often. Staff were friendly whenever we saw them, though there weren't many around since these are self-catering apartments. Our two-bedroom place was lovely and spacious, with two big sofas in the living room that could easily serve as extra beds. It had a lovely big balcony too. There was only one bath and shower for five of us, although the second bedroom had its own sink and toilet. An extra shower would have been handy, since we all had to take turns.

The beds weren't comfortable, and nighttime was noisy because the nightlife is so close. I think it'd suit a group of younger people better than a family. Still, it's a great place if you want to be in the busy part of Benidorm near the seafront, and the apartment itself was incredibly spacious and well appointed.

I've been coming for over 15 years. The apartments are always very quiet, so it doesn't suit the Gimpoes. There are one- and two-bedroom apartments, right in the middle of where you need to be in Benidorm. Best way to book is to ring direct.

The rooms were spotless and well equipped, and the lady at reception was extremely helpful. Some of the furniture could do with an update, but all in all it's a fab place to stay, right by all the nightlife. Thoroughly recommend these appartments xx

For the first two days, we had no hot water or heating. I reported it to the receptionist over and over, which wasn't good. We should have been relaxing and enjoying our holiday, not chasing the maintenance man to get the "Bolier" sorted!
