Benidorm Sky (Torre Lugano)

The building is good, although getting to the garage by car is awkward because the route is longer and indirect. I strongly advise caution when dealing with the Benidorm Sky agency, particularly its caretaker and errand boy, Claudio P. His manner is rude and unprofessional. He tries to charge guests for supposed damage they didn't cause. In my opinion, this looks like a clear attempt at fraud. We're informing potential guests about these practices and will keep doing so.

The apartment's furnishings and equipment fell below basic expectations, and cleanliness was clearly lacking. The views were also much less impressive than the listing suggested, and didn't live up to its claims. Communication with Claudio and Alan from SkyBENIDORM was inconsistent, and they were difficult to reach. Their approach felt unprofessional and added stress instead of making things easier. Our stay in Torre Lugano was frustrating from start to finish, with several reasons to complain. We won't return or recommend it to anyone hoping for a comfortable, straightforward stay.

Apartment owners should replace BenidormSky as the rental agency for Torre Lugano as soon as possible. The agency and its employees, Claudio and Allan, are arrogant and rude. The agency's staff write positive ones using false accounts, which are easy to spot because they usually have only one or two reviews. They also try to remove negative opinions, so be aware. Don't remove this review, it's true. Google's algorithms seem to protect people who commit fraud.

Claudio and Allan were arrogant, rude and aggressive. Their behavior shows up both in person and in the threats and hostile replies they leave beneath every negative Google review. The high Google rating is misleading. Most positive reviews seemed to come from fake accounts with only one or two reviews. This looks like clear manipulation of public opinion, and it will be reported to Google. That is true, so don't remove this opinion. It'll be added anyway.
