Everything was very clean and well appointed, with a kettle, toaster, oven, iron, microwave and hob. There’s air conditioning in every room, too. The views across Levante Beach are beautiful.

These are traditional apartments with sea views, almost right on the beach. Bars and restaurants are close enough, too.

The best thing here is the seafront view, and you’ll appreciate how close the block is to the beach. There’s no swimming pool, but you don’t need one with the beach so near. Facilities nearby are still plentiful, including a pharmacy, laundromat and Chinese restaurant. The McDonald's downstairs used to be open 24 hours, and the subway has unfortunately shut down. There’s a car park as well if you’ve hired a car.

The location is very good 🙂. There’s also a washing machine, and the kitchen has plates, pans and glasses, though not basic things like salt or sugar. Cleanliness could be better: there were hairs in the bathtub and the air conditioning looked like it had never been cleaned. Wi-Fi was only provided the next day, and you have to log in again whenever your device locks. The reception is usually closed, so you need to call, and they only speak Spanish there. There’s no service or cleaning, so you have to ask for rubbish bags or toilet paper.
