The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well and the balcony was nice. I was hesitant about staying because of the one-star rating, but I was really impressed. The staff were exceptional. The woman at the front desk was friendly, explained everything and let us leave our bags for a few hours after check-out. This will be one of our options next time we visit Benidorm.

The hotel was okay, but the room was dirty. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom, dirt on the floor and sand on the bed sheets. An old man was always sitting in the reception area and giving us a weird look. Breakfast was the only thing I liked.

I was surprised this place is rated just one star. It’s a very nice, clean and friendly hotel, and I’d recommend staying here. The night porter was super nice, as were all the staff.

The location is perfect for checking out the local shops and bars, right in the heart of the Old Town. I enjoyed my stay. The design is simple and the hotel is very clean. My first-floor room was compact but had all I needed, including a balcony with a table. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is served in the dining room as a buffet, and staff kept replenishing it.

The beds weren’t super comfortable, but everything else was great. The location is excellent, the place is very clean, and the breakfast is fantastic, with gluten-free options if you request them ahead of time. Most of all, the staff were amazing, from the cleaners to the cooks to reception. Everyone was helpful and lovely. Highly recommend!
