The service was very good, but I have serious concerns about Torre Lugano and the BenidormSky agency. One of the cleaners, Claudio Preda, often goes out for cigarettes and smells strongly of smoke. I found him disgusting, and consider him one of the worst people at BenidormSky. He also tries to charge clients for damage with what I believe are false accusations. If that happens, call the police. They know Claudio Preda, whom I also referred to as Caudio Preda, and his associate Allan Thierry, and I allege they have defrauded clients repeatedly. I also claim Benidorm Sky is a place where drugs are sold. Be careful around this BenidormSky place.
