The hotel and its staff were fantastic, which makes this hard to write. Even with a metal shutter and double glazed patio door, the street noise kept waking me. I was on the second floor, and over ten days I barely slept. It wasn't just revellers, either: deliveries, street cleaning and other noise carried on through the night. The location seems like it should be great, and the hotel itself and the team really are lovely. Such a shame.

The rooms were clean, the staff very friendly and the location great, but nights were noisy. Breakfast was the same each day, with no vegetables and only bacon and eggs as hot food. The fresh orange juice was a big plus. Dinner offered a choice of two dishes, but the quality and preparation fell short of hotel standards. The fish was usually undercooked and came with strange sauces.

The English-style breakfast and lunch were good, and the portions were huge, the biggest meal ever 👍🏻💥 The staff were friendly and even smiled while chatting among themselves 😉😆🤩🇪🇸 🇸🇪♥️

On my third trip to Beni, I finally stayed at hotel colón, and I plan to use it every time I visit from now on. I had the best room in the house on the top floor, with beautiful views. It was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the restaurant food was lovely too. Thanks to all the reception and cleaning staff for making our stay epic!!!

The old town location by the harbour is great, and the hotel is clean and tidy. It could do with some updating and double glazing.
