The balcony was unusable because of the construction at Port Benidorm across the way. Cranes, drilling, and banging started early and went on until about 5 pm, so it felt like being on a building site. Earplugs are strongly advised. I'd come back once the hotel is finished, which should be around 2026. Inside, the apartment looked just like the photos. It was clean, modern, and had comfortable beds, beach towels, a hairdryer, and some homely touches.

We had a great stay for a very decent price. The beach is about 3 min away, with grocery stores and pubs nearby. Ricky handed over the apartment and was very friendly. We were on the 8th floor, with a large terrace and sea view. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well furnished kitchen, A/C in each room, plus cable TV, Firestick, and wifi.

There are plenty of amenities nearby. The apartment is two rows back from the sea, but you can still see it.

It's practically beside the beach, so the building is in a pretty good spot. I was surprised that, with two elevators, sometimes only one was working, and that one was quite slow.

The beds were comfortable, and there was a TV and Wi-Fi. Cooking was easy too, with everything there for cooking, baking, grilling, and making coffee, plus a washing machine and iron. The staff were friendly and quick to respond through the app or by phone during our stay. Parking can be requested, and the boulevard and sea are within 5 minutes. Thanks for the excellent service. Sincerely, Emiel and the ladies.
