A pretty interesting experience, but I had serious problems with an Airbnb I booked with them a little while ago. There were electrical issues and the unit had no power for my entire stay. I called the number the woman at their front desk gave me to complain, but I didn't enjoy the stay at all. I'm not an electrician, and I wasn't going to start fiddling with fuse switches in a place that wasn't mine. I left an honest review because nobody helped until days later, and there was no empathy or apology for the inconvenience. They basically made it sound like the apartment not working was my fault. They were hostile and scolded me, saying they have lives too, which I understand, and that I should have contacted the apartment owner or the CEO of mundobooking. That was a strange thing to tell me when nobody had given me either contact. I hoped they'd use this chance to make things right, but they didn't, so I left a bad review. Within moments, someone from their company messaged me with threats to break my head if they found me, called my mother trash, and said they hoped I got AIDS. That was enough for me to involve the American consulate and open an investigation into them. I'd suggest avoiding people like this if you can. It's not worth the headache.

The apartment is wonderful, clean, and has a beautiful view. It made my New Year. The staff are lovely and understanding. Even when I made a mistake because I was careless, they came around and tried to help. I'm very grateful for the holiday and recommend this agency. They'll do everything they can to make things go well)

We've had many holidays in Benidorm and stayed at some of the biggest places, but this was our best one, simply because of the accommodation. It's fresh, modern, trendy, and feels homely, as well as being super clean and exquisite. We chose the location this time and couldn't have picked better: right where we needed it, near both the old and new towns, very close to the beach, and central enough to get everywhere. I'm so happy we found this place. It's a real pearl, diamond, and jewel. We couldn't wish for a better location, and we'll definitely come back next year and stay at the same place.

The team nextdoor were spot on, really professional, and the apartment itself was pristine with lovely furnishings and everything we needed. It was also such a good base, close to the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. I couldn't have chosen better for Benidorm and would definitely book again.
