This was dreadful. The apartment looked nothing like the modern, clean one in the booking photos. The door wouldn't lock, there was no air con as advertised, and nothing was clean. Even the chairs had sweat marks from the previous guests. I was travelling with my two-year-old, who became very unwell after we had to stay there for less than 24 hours. We'd booked five days but changed our flights and left the next morning. Out of £580, I got only £47 back, and our family holiday was completely ruined. The hotel never responded, which was very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Avoid it if you want to enjoy your holiday.

The room we were given was OK, but it didn't make you want to spend time relaxing or hanging out there. It's really just somewhere to sleep, and in my opinion it wasn't worth the price, though maybe I was unlucky with the room. It's near everything on that side of Benidorm. Nicole, just outside the Costa room, is worth a try. The staff were nice, but reception isn't in the Costa Room, it's at another hotel. I found that out the hard way, and there wasn't any staff in the Costa room during the week I was there. That felt a bit weird.

The beds were comfortable and the place was clean, but that's about all I liked. I'm not great with heights, so it wasn't the best stay for me. We had to pay 50 euros or pounds per person, not per room. Some tiles and lights were broken, and the sliding balcony door had a difficult lock. There was no kettle, though luckily someone in our group had one. The pool is fairly small and had no loungers or even chairs around it. One lift didn't work from the ground floor, and a couple of residents were very grumpy. Our neighbours were happy, with a dog, but I was a little concerned when he held it over the balcony. He said the dog liked it, but I'm not so sure. There's a shop a minute away with tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, snacks and basic necessities at good prices.

The balcony railings were loose, so don't let children out there. The balcony doors wouldn't lock, the safes were broken, and the front doors barely locked. We also got just one key for four people and one towel for four days. On two different nights there were robberies, with no forced entry, which seemed very suspicious to me and looked like it could have been an inside job. Phones, money and tablets were stolen. The beds were horrible, the floor and bath were filthy, the toilet smelled of sewage, and there was no hot water. The fridge was mouldy, and the cooker gave me an electric shock. A friend cut his toe open on a screw being used as a doorstop and needed five stitches. The security guard seemed more concerned about us drinking water by the pool than about the robberies. With the shock and my friend's injury, I'm surprised those were the only injuries. This was by far the worst place I've stayed. Leave as soon as you can and pay for somewhere else. It should be closed down. Zero out of five.
